No, after our first videocall to start the day you can go and keep working, but you will need to keep an eye for my messages and have access to a computer/laptop, to ensure you can see and approve the advances, right away!

It only includes the creation of a logotype, which is a logo with words, not images included.
ATamez Design offers Brand Identity design, where we create a logo set, brand core, and more.
Does this include brand design?
For this service we only design for Showit, Squarespace, and GoDaddy. For other hosting platforms, such as, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, we offer other website services.
which Hosting platforms we design your website?
First, you need your domain (name of website), and also your hosting software. Remember to add your SSL Certificate! Font Licensing, if the font you want is only by certificate.

What other costs should I consider when getting a website?
- We start by you providing me access to your hosting account, if you already have one.
- Your Website's copy and images (I will give you a document where you will be guided to create the text for your website).
- All your Brand's assets, such as, your logo set, color palette, fonts, brand guidelines, etc)
How do we start?
Yes! After we launch your website you will receive absolute control of your brand new website!
The three platforms are easy to manage, once you have all done!
You will receive guidelines with instructions on how to edit, add, delete and update your website!

When is your next availability?
For cancellations, we have a admin fee that is not reimbursable, and for rescheduling the day, there will be a fee when is less than 48hrs notice, all that will be established in our contract, signed by the two parties.
If by the scheduled day you don't have all the information, the day will be postpone and there might be a pause fee to restart the project and rebook a different available day.

Yes! You’ll send your website copy (text), photos, and fill out a quick brand questionnaire before the day starts.

At ATamez Design we use HoneyBook, that accepts all credit cards and/or direct deposits.
We require as administrative fee the payment of 50% deposit, this is required to save the day and for you to be able to get all the documents and access to create your account, and copy.
The remaining 50% is due to start our project date.
